The Inspiration Behind The Daily Dip
The original Daily Dip was born from my experience with cold dipping—immersing myself neck-deep in the icy winter waters of Lake Ontario for 2-5 minutes.
This practice challenged my resistance, quieted my anxious mind, and brought unexpected healing, energy, and creative transformation—all in just 2–5 minutes a day.
