For many that is a tricky path to navigate with life, work and family demands, and they (and maybe you) often live their lives putting themselves last.

Introducing my latest Journal Sessions for Self-Connection without the guilt and with the support of a community of women who want the very same thing as you and me.

This Winter Journal Sessions series will bridge the gap between self-nurturing and self-respect, as I guide you to experience the space, time and support to have that connection with yourself through slow writing.

Bringing my decades of creative expressive journaling, I’ll teach you new techniques that will support your own journal practice, whether you are a beginner or seasoned journaler. You’ll experience a deeper connection with yourself, your goals, dreams and your life.

Many women from my Journal groups have noted that these are nothing like any journal workshop or experience they have had.

That is my intention.

To take you beyond what you think journaling is and guide you through a powerful, deeply meaningful journey with yourself.
