My work is grounded in both lived experience and formal training. I continue to deepen my practice through mentorship, study, and community.
I am an accredited Superconductor (Journal Workshop Facilitator) through ALLSWELL Creative, where I trained and was mentored by Laura Rubin. This work has shaped the way I hold space for reflective writing and group experience.
I am also an active member of the International Association for Journal Writing, an organization dedicated to supporting the practice of journaling as a tool for self-discovery and well-being.
In addition, I am a trained End of Life Caregiver through the Institute of Traditional Medicine, and a Grief & Bereavement Peer Support Worker trained by Toronto Hospice. These foundations inform the way I support individuals and groups moving through loss, transition, and meaningful life moments.
